Every series begins with the same three questions: what is the central conflict that never resolves, who is the character whose desire drives it, and what is the visual world they inhabit. Series bible, episode architecture, and style direction locked before a single frame is generated.
Visual Development

The illustration style for a series is its identity. Character sheets, environment palettes, and lighting language are established early and locked — so every episode reads as one coherent visual world, not a random collection of generated images.
Production

The core production phase runs a structured pipeline: still frames generated to spec, motion applied via AI video generation tools, voiceover recorded and processed, and ambient audio and score added. Each episode is assembled shot by shot against the beat sheet.
Post-Production
Assembly. Grade. Delivery.
Final assembly in DaVinci Resolve Studio. Colour grading, pacing, titles, and final audio mix. Every episode is output to platform specification — 9:16, correct codec, chapter-marked for paywall placement.
